  1. आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि (Last Date): सुनिश्चित करें कि आवेदन निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि से पहले ही जमा कर दें। अंतिम समय में सर्वर व्यस्त होने के कारण समस्या आ सकती है।
  2. आयु सीमा (Age Limit): अपनी आयु की गणना अधिसूचना में दिए गए कट-ऑफ दिनांक के अनुसार करें तथा आयु में मिलने वाली छूट (Age Relaxation) की जानकारी भी अवश्य पढ़ें।
  3. शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualification): जिस पद के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं, उसके लिए निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता, डिग्री, डिप्लोमा या अनुभव की पात्रता अवश्य जांच लें।
  4. आवेदन शुल्क (Application Fee): अपनी श्रेणी (General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, PWD आदि) के अनुसार आवेदन शुल्क एवं भुगतान के माध्यम की जानकारी प्राप्त करें।
  5. आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ (Required Documents): आवेदन करने से पहले सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ जैसे फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, आधार कार्ड, शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्र, जाति प्रमाणपत्र (यदि लागू हो), निवास प्रमाणपत्र एवं अन्य आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र तैयार रखें।
