Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification for the discipline they are applying for. Technician Apprentice positions generally require a three-year regular full-time Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline with at least 50% marks for General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions.
Trade Apprentice posts require Matriculation plus a relevant two-year ITI course recognized by NCVT/SCVT. Graduate Apprentice candidates should have a regular full-time graduation such as BA, B.Com, B.Sc or BBA with the prescribed percentage.
For Data Entry Operator (Fresher), candidates should have passed Class 12th but should be below graduate level. Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate Holders additionally require a recognized Domestic Data Entry Operator skill certificate.
The qualification must generally have been obtained through a regular full-time course. Part-time, correspondence or distance-learning qualifications are not eligible for the notified disciplines.
For Graduate and Technician disciplines, the prescribed qualification must have been acquired between 01 April 2023 and 30 September 2026. For Trade Apprentice/ITI/Data Entry Operator positions, the qualification must have been acquired between 01 April 2022 and 30 September 2026.
